Whenever we have a new idea or enhancement request, the Netwerkes team
has always been responsive and willing to work with us to build
additional functionality in their product. They have really assisted in
creating better processes to improve our Revenue Cycle and to find
better ways. The improvement does not only happen on "back end"
functionality like Claims, Remittances or Claims Status Inquiry, but to
also assist with the front end processes such as Eligibility
Verification. We're excited to continue working with Netwerkes on the
future of health care revenue cycle improvements. We don't see
Netwerkes as our vendor, but our partner.

I love that you can go in and see how the claim was billed / sent out to
the insurance company. It is great when 'debating' issues with them
over the phone.
Netwerkes allows TONS of edits to be put ins so that anything and
everything can be checked on the bill before it gets sent out.
I enjoy the 'return response' feature: when the claim goes to the
insurance company and they do the initial review and if there are some
denials it gets sent back to the provider right away for quick review
instead of sending it to the insurance. It saves a lot of time on the
A/R with having to deal with the denials coming in the mail.

The ability to track our own edit requests or problems on the Task
Tracking system have reduced the number of phone calls I as a supervisor
had to make to find out the status. I am sure this has opened up time
for their staff as well as opening time for me to complete other tasks
within my area. Great success.

The customer service is very helpful and the turnaround time for solving any issue is great.
The functions throughout the whole program are simple and self explanatory and if I don't understand something,
customer service is right on it and will walk me through the process. Our AR has decreased because the bills get
to the payers faster and payments and/or denials get to us faster to post or to work.
